At Element X Creative we love a good story with lush CG graphics wherever we can find it. The latest addition to Zynga’s “Ville” game lineup, CastleVille, met both of those criteria. We were honored to step up to the plate for Zynga when they asked us to flex our content creation muscle for the game. Complementing their own internal team, we lent a hand with concept art, in-game assets, and 3D characters for marketing.

The original concept art laid out by Zynga’s own internal team was tremendously inspiring. So inspiring that we took it upon ourselves to create our own animated love letter to the game. Armed with nothing more than the concept art for for George The Miner, his early in game 3D model, and a brief bio, we set out to bring his personality to life. The icing on the cake was a great score and sound design by our friends at Dallas Audio Post.
